1. Cancellation Policy

  • To cancel services, email info@smarthubllc.com with your details and reason for cancellation.
  • Full refunds are available if the cancellation is requested within 7 days of the service start date.
  • For ongoing services, cancellations require 7 days notice before the next billing cycle.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be granted if the service has not started or if there is a significant delay caused by SMARTHUBLLC.
  • No refunds will be issued for services that have been fully delivered or substantially completed.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 21 business days.

3. Exceptions

  • No refunds for custom packages or services specifically tailored to your needs.
